Never autonomous

Nothing is sent or saved until a person approves it. The copilot has read access only.

Grounded or labelled

Outputs show a citation count. If no sources came back, the output is marked Ungrounded, verify before relying on it.

Versioned and dated

Every draft records the generating feature, its version and the timestamp, so a reviewer knows exactly what produced it.

Permission-bounded

The copilot can only reach records the asking user could already open. Role scope is enforced at the data layer.
