Questions we get asked
Are client records or filings metered?
No. Clients, engagements, filings, documents and audit history are unlimited on every plan. You pay per user of the firm.
Do our clients need seats for the portal?
No. Client portal users are free and unlimited, they see only their own engagements, invoices, KYC and requests.
Can we turn the India pack off?
Yes. GSTR, DSC and inward/outward registers are gated feature modules, as is litigation. Practices outside India simply do not see them.
What happens to our data if we leave?
The export register holds every artefact you generated, re-downloadable. Full tenant export is available on request at any point in the contract.
Is the AI included or priced separately?
Copilot and Briefing are included on Firm and Enterprise. Fair-use limits apply per tenant and are visible in settings.
How does migration work?
We import clients, obligations, open invoices and rate cards from CSV or Excel. Enterprise gets a named engineer through the first close.
